Hi, this is Stephanie Maas.
Speaker:As a recruiter, we spend a lot of time on the phones, but
Speaker:when we just pound the phones and leave voicemail after voicemail after voicemail, we can fall into that pattern of robotic approach.
Speaker:So you have to check yourself, refresh your pitch, leave a voicemail.
Speaker:I love leaving the first voicemail of the day when I can hit pound and replay it and listen to that message, make sure it's coming through with the energy I intend, the clarity I want it to.
Speaker:You got to check yourself.
Speaker:So check those first few voicemails of the day, refreshing the pitches that you have, paste it in an AI.
Speaker:And I think you can do the same with your voicemail.
Speaker:You can put your script in there and refresh this for me.
Speaker:Make sure you're using all the technical resources at your disposal and outreaching.
Speaker:And then I think carving out an hour, listen to one teammate make marketing calls, biz dev calls for 30 minutes, and then flip and make your business development calls.
Speaker:It's a great way to freshen your approach, make sure that you're harnessing the strength of collective wisdom on the team.
Speaker:If you're not taking advantage of that, you ought to.
