Speaker:

Hi, this is Stephanie Maas.

Speaker:

Today I wanna talk to you about one of my favorite words, and I actually was reminded of it in a conversation that I had today and the word.

Speaker:

Is gratitude.

Speaker:

I was talking to somebody earlier and we were talking about all the things that create challenges right now.

Speaker:

It's probably, for a lot of people, it's probably the absolute hardest time that they've ever had in their life to have an attitude of gratitude.

Speaker:

It probably just is.

Speaker:

But the other person I was talking to, who by the way, is in the midst of some pretty intense, hard stuff said, you know.

Speaker:

Gratitude is what gets me outta bed every day.

Speaker:

I can always find something, something to be thankful for, and it's amazing what happens even in the midst of tough stuff, how having a grateful heart and mind can impact your day.

Speaker:

So for me, it was a great reminder.

Speaker:

I'm gonna start again.

Speaker:

The habit of waking up and before my feet hit the floor.

Speaker:

What am I thankful for?

Speaker:

What can I be thankful for?

Speaker:

I hope you do too.
