Hi, this is Stephanie Maas.

Speaker:

Today I want to talk to you about a really neat concept that was reintroduced to me a couple of weeks ago by one of my hiring managers.

Speaker:

He was walking through some thoughts and ideas about what he was looking for and what he needed me to go find.

Speaker:

And what he reintroduced to me was the idea of oftentimes it's not the number of years of experience, but what's in the years.

Speaker:

And I really started thinking about that and it really reminded me that this is an incredible opportunity as painful as a lot of what we are dealing with is, and for a lot of us, it is tough right now.

Speaker:

There's so much to be learned, so much to be developed.

Speaker:

And again, it's not easy.

Speaker:

The number of years of experience, but it's what's in those years that make the experience.

Speaker:

So let me encourage you taking a few minutes, slow down, evaluate your situation.

Speaker:

Hey, whatever you're being faced with right now, are you really making the most of it?

Speaker:

If you have a new opportunity to deal with clients in a different way, are you really taking advantage of those opportunities?

Speaker:

If you've got an opportunity to interact differently with your family, your friends, whatever the case may be, take the time to really appreciate the experience that these years are providing.
